Prior to kindergarden the boys asked for their own room, excited, we took them bed shopping. They picked out bunkbeds! stating that they were not going to SLEEP in seperate rooms. Go figure, must be a twin thing, I have always tried to let them guide whats best. Now at 9 they still share a queen bed. I'm still pregnant with our quads, so we'll see what happens there!Kimberly Kinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02015458924615602458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3199803091943153074.post-42533805978926714042009-06-02T22:01:21.050-04:002009-06-02T22:01:21.050-04:00Thank you EVERYONE! Twins do share a special bond; if it works get a big bed and let them sleep together. No harm done...just lots of love:) You and Mike are awesome parents. When you grow up in a large family sharing rooms and beds goes with the territory, at least it did in my day.
I shared a double bed with my twin up thru high school plus our older sister also had a bed in our room. So thats 3 girls in one room. We never thought anything of it. Also 2 of my brothers shared a room, and my other 2 brothers shared a room plus a double bed, again up thru high school. It was no big deal. Hope this helps.
Pat KoepfingerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3199803091943153074.post-4104735687232624692009-06-02T11:02:23.918-04:002009-06-02T11:02:23.918-04:00Cathy,

BTW, Do you think once the girls are older they will even want to share a bedroom. I mean all 3 in ONE room. I worry about that sometimes! Our house is not big enough as it is but to have 3 girls.. That is gonna be something!! Then of course there is Mr B & Dustyn. Where are we gonna put them all!? I love an ideas people can throw at me!Fulton Quadshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16620256714924982520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3199803091943153074.post-69895471118202501952009-06-01T22:26:16.200-04:002009-06-01T22:26:16.200-04:00Wish I had some good advice for you, Cathy....but ...Wish I had some good advice for you, Cathy....but we've always had our 4 in separate cribs (we just did 4 mini cribs...but they are still working well for us). I think that we did 2 and 2 for the 1st month or two, but that's about it. I LOVE that they love sharing a bed and cuddling! Too sweet. The twins will always have that extra special bond.

Love,
Moni

p.s. That pic of you and Bren in the previous post was so cute.
